Educational Sessions
Educational teleconferences help unit teams to engage with national faculty and other hospitals participating in the project. Hospital units participating in On the CUSP: Stop CAUTI first come together for state-based Learning Sessions. Next, through a series of cohort-specific Onboarding Calls, teams go into depth on project goals, data collection and submission and the CUSP model. When unit teams have started data submission and are starting to implement CUSP, they begin participating in national Content Calls as well as Supplemental Calls and special calls focusing on CUSP. Audiorecordings and slide presentations are posted for all calls so that units may access learning tools after the call has taken place.
