Prior to joining HRET, Paul worked as an advertising consultant building marketing campaigns for industries ranging from health care to retail. He managed marketing campaigns in cable television, radio, internet, and print media. In his current role at HRET, Paul tracks metrics for call participation, builds PowerPoint presentations, and organizes the scheduling of immersion, content, and coaching calls. He is also contributes to internal and external communications for the On the CUSP: Stop BSI and On the CUSP: Stop CAUTI projects.
