Jenna serves as a liaison to the communications contacts of HRET’s parent organization, the American Hospital Association and is responsible for print and electronic marketing communications and works with HRET’s project partners and other external organizations to disseminate content related to HRET research findings and educational offerings. She coordinates the design and production of print and electronic communications, including publications and press releases. She manages the content of HRET’s Web site, hret.org, and edits the monthly HRET Newsletter. She has written several articles for trade publications on HRET research findings and products and was responsible for the development of a dissemination plan for a 2003-2004 AHRQ-funded demonstration of the value of simulation-based training to improve patient safety. This dissemination plan served as a model for subsequent projects.
