Keystone Center for Patient Safety and Quality
Chris George is the Director of National Projects for the MHA Keystone Center. She is a Registered Nurse with a background in Critical Care and Perioperative Services and has held various positions in the hospital setting, including department manager, performance improvement coordinator, and risk manager. Since coming to the Michigan Health & Hospital Association in 2005, she has managed the Keystone ICU Collaborative that has been widely recognized for eliminating CLABSI in 105 ICUs across the state of Michigan, in addition to launching surgery and pilot OB collaboratives. Chris has a BS in Nursing and a Masters of Science in Administration.
