CalendarsOnce a hospital has joined the project, they will be assigned to a Cohort, which consists of a group of care units that will go through each phase of the project together. This section of the web site allows easy access to each Cohort's schedule during the 2-year project.
NOTE: Moving forward, States that are already participating in the project may recruit new hospitals and units to participate in future Cohorts.
